Registration FAQs
Registering for a league is simple. Here are a few ways to sign up and get in on the action!
*Registration is incomplete without payment and is subject to availability. League details are subject to change.
Free Agent
Register as a ‘Free Agent’ and PSN will assign you to a team with other free agents. Provide your skill level to help PSN establish balanced teams for the fairest competition.
Small Group
Register as a ‘Free Agent’ and indicate the names of any friends in the ‘Teammate Request’ field on the form that are also registering as free agents and PSN will place you together on the same team (subject to league/roster availability). PSN will assign other free agents to your group to meet the minimum roster requirements for the league.
Team (2 Options)
1) Register as a ‘Team Captain’ and pay for the full team that meets the minimum roster requirements for the league. This option guarantees that free agents will not be placed on your team and gives everyone the reduced team rate. All teammates are required to submit the ‘Team Player’ Form prior to the registration deadline to avoid late fees. Team Captains will be given an option to auto send the Team Player forms to their teammates after checking out.
2) Register separately as ‘Free Agents’ to get on the same team. Since registration is first come, first served, this option requires all teammates to register quickly to help prevent other free agents from being placed on your team. All teammates must indicate the captain’s name in the ‘Teammate Request’ field on the free agent form. This way PSN will know to place everyone on the same team (subject to availability).
Team Player
All teammates of a registered Team Captain (that paid team fees together) are required to submit the ‘Team Player’ registration form. Team Player forms submitted after the registration deadline will require a $15 late fee and will not receive a league shirt at the first game. Team Captains are not required to submit a Team Player form.
Wait List
If a league is sold out, we encourage you to sign up for the league’s wait list in the event that a team needs to replace or add additional players.
