Terms of Service


1. Only individuals who are assigned to a team by Philadelphia Sports Network (”PSN”), have paid league fees in full, have fully completed and submitted all registration requirements and abide by facility regulations are permitted to participate in a league or event organized by PSN.

2. The admission of guests must be approved by the facility hosting the activity. Any individual who brings a guest assumes full responsibility for the actions and/or potential injury of that guest. Guests are permitted only as spectators and not permitted to interfere or take part in any athletic activity. Guests must be 21 or older.

3. All individuals who enter a facility hosting a PSN activity sign in at the front desk if required. Locker rooms may be available for member use pending approval by facility administration. Host facilities are not responsible for lost or stolen articles stored anywhere on the facility premises.

4. All participants are expected to play with good sportsmanship and follow all rules and regulations set forth by PSN and host facilities. Intentional fouls, arguing, profanity, vulgarity, taunting, intimidation and fighting with others are not permitted and can result in dismissal from a league without refund.

5. Any participant that observes behavior of others that disrupts game play or does not abide by PSN rules and regulations is asked to immediately report such individuals to PSN coordinators, and/or a PSN representative on duty.

6. Participants must abide by the league schedule established by PSN and arrive no earlier and leave no later than permitted.

7. Each team will be assigned a captain. Captains are encouraged to foster communication amongst their teams (email lists will be distributed) prior to each week’s games to monitor attendance. To avoid a forfeit, each team must have the minimum amount of players as determined in the league Rules and Regulations present at the game’s start time. If a team has less than the required amount, it is intended that all players present combine to form 2 teams to play for fun. Team captains are responsible for notifying PSN and the opposing team captain as early as possible before the game if a forfeit is expected.

8. Team rosters must have the minimum amount of players to establish a full team as determined by PSN. PSN reserves the right to add players to complete any team that has less than the minimum number of players required. Players may be added at any time during the season for a pro-rated fee with the prior approval of PSN.

9. Participants must wear athletic clothing and sneakers. Players must maintain groomed fingernails. No jewelry is permitted to be worn while participating. No Alcohol, drugs, tobacco, glass or canned containers are permitted on the facility’s property.
