TEAMMATE WAIVERS
Only registered players that have submitted the required Teammate Waiver are eligible to participate. If you registered a full team, please use PSN’s Teammate Waiver Blaster to send the required waiver to your teammates. All teammates must submit the waiver prior to the registration deadline (forms submitted after the deadline will require a late fee to be eligible to participate). *Individual Free Agent Registrants do not need to submit a waiver.
TEAMMATE COMMUNICATION
PSN prides itself on making every effort to ensure that scheduled games are played each week. Therefore, we rely heavily on captains to confirm their scheduled game time each week by checking the website and to communicate with their teammates via email to confirm attendance (PSN will email each captain all player emails prior to the league start date). Each captain is required to contact PSN with as much notice as possible if their team is unable to meet the minimum required players and needs to forfeit. This gives us an opportunity to contact the opposing team and other teams in an attempt to get enough players so that a game can at least be played for fun.
PLAYER CHANGES
Please fill out the Player Change Form if you are replacing another player that is currently registered for a PSN League. This form must be submitted along with the required $15 Player Change Fee prior to participating in the league. Please have your credit card ready when submitting this form. Any unauthorized players that participate in the league will result in team forfeits and suspensions. Please note that after this form is verified by PSN, the replaced player will no longer be eligible to play in the league.
