Want to up your game? PSN provides a one-of-a-kind outdoor team based workout for athletes of all levels that is designed to improve speed, strength, power, quickness, coordination, agility and overall fitness.
Our Sports Performance Training Camp enhances an athlete’s ability to reach and maintain higher levels of performance and strengthens key stabilizing musculature which decreases risk of injury during play time. The fresh air workouts incorporate dynamic stretching, core training, plyometrics, agility, and acceleration / deceleration drills useful for athletes of all PSN sports. Most social athletes will also enjoy the added benefits of increased endurance, functional strength and increased fat loss.

Skill Sets and Transitions - A & B Skips, Kareokis, Back Peddles, Side Runs, 180 degree Turns, Sprints
Core Work - V-ups, single leg V-ups, Side Plank Twists, Low to High Planks
Assessments to include Vertical Jump, Long Jump, 10 and 15 yard Dash, Top Speed, Pro Agility
